Carbon6 Removals buys certified carbon removal certificates and permanently retires them at the public registry, one tonne at a time, in the name of the person or business who paid.

How it works

  1. We buy.

    Certified durable removal certificates from suppliers accredited under the Puro Standard. Durable removal only.

  2. We hold.

    Certificates are held in a dedicated Puro Registry account as inventory. Nothing moves onward.

  3. We retire.

    One tonne, retired permanently in your name, with a public serial number anyone can verify.

What we are not

Certificates are never sold onward, transferred, or re-issued. Every certificate leaves our account in one way only: permanent retirement. We sell our own inventory and we hold no client funds.
